深圳市京华信息技术有限公司是一家坐落于中国深圳的企业（以下简称“JWD”、“公司”、“我们”或“我们的”），感谢您对本公司、产品和服务的关注。我们尊重并严格保护每一位用户的个人隐私与合法权益。本隐私政策（以下简称“本政策”）适用于您使用：(i)公司研发运营的移动端应用程序（“应用程序”）、(ii) 配套录音硬件设备、智能穿戴设备（“设备”）及所有关联功能、内容与服务（以上统称为“服务”）的全部场景。本隐私政策详细说明用户在使用应用程序、服务时，收集用户信息的类型、使用场景、披露范围以及用户对应的权利与设置选项。

您在使用本产品前，请详细阅读本政策，以了解我们处理您个人信息的详情。您访问、注册及使用本服务，即代表您已认真阅读、充分理解并自愿接受本政策全部内容，包括我们随时作出的任何变更。我们承诺遵照适用法律（包括您所在地的数据保护法律）来保护您的个人信息的隐私、机密和安全。若您不认可本政策任意条款，请立即停止使用我方所有服务。

一、本政策适用范围

本政策规范我方在服务运营过程中，合法收集、使用、存储、保护用户信息的全部行为，涵盖以下信息来源：(i) 用户在使用我们提供的应用程序过程中产生的信息；(ii) 用户使用配套智能硬件设备、云端功能产生的信息；(iii) 用户访问官方网站产生的相关信息；(iv) 用户通过邮件、短信、应用内消息、在线客服等方式与我方沟通产生的信息；(v) 用户在关联第三方平台与我方内容、服务产生互动时收集的相关信息。

我们不面向未成年人提供本服务。请您确认在使用本服务时已年满18周岁，如您未满18周岁，请不要注册、使用本服务，或向我们提供任何个人信息。我们不会主动收集、使用18周岁以下未成年人的任何个人信息。若我方核实无意中获取了18周岁以下未成年人的个人信息，将第一时间彻底删除相关数据，杜绝违规使用、留存。若您是未成年人，请在监护人陪同、知情并同意的前提下使用本服务。

二、我们收集的个人信息类别

为保障服务正常运行、优化用户体验、合规开展业务，我们仅收集必要的用户信息，具体类别如下：

账号信息：用户自主设置的账号信息，主要为用户使用本隐私政策范围的应用程序或服务时使用真实的电话号码或者电子邮箱注册的信息。
用户原创内容：用户通过智能硬件、应用程序录制的音频文件、转写文本、文本翻译文件、智能摘要、思维导图、自定义提示词及其他AI生成原创内容。
设备与运行数据：设备型号、系统版本、应用版本、设备唯一标识（设备SN、MAC地址）、网络IP、运行日志、崩溃诊断数据、应用操作事件记录。
服务使用数据：功能访问记录、页面浏览记录、操作时长、访问时间戳、进出页面记录及服务交互行为数据。
大致位置信息：通过用户网络IP解析获取的粗略地区信息，不会精准定位用户实时地理位置，仅用于优化用户体验、合规风控与服务适配。
支付信息：支付方式类型、支付账号、支付凭证。我方不存储完整银行卡、支付账户信息，支付结算由合规第三方支付机构全权处理。
沟通与营销信息：用户向我方反馈的问题、咨询内容、留言、调查回复及用户自主选择的营销接收偏好。

麦克风采集说明：本政策范围内的智能设备与应用程序有部分功能需使用到麦克风采集音频，仅在用户主动开启录制功能、授权对应权限时调用麦克风，默认不会后台持续采集、静默录音，充分保障用户隐私安全。

三、信息收集方式

我方严格遵循“合法、正当、必要”原则收集用户信息，主要通过以下方式获取：

用户主动提交：用户注册账号、下单购买、提交咨询、录制内容、联系客服、参与活动时主动填写、上传、提交的各类信息。
服务自动采集：用户访问官网、使用应用程序及智能硬件设备时，通过合规Cookie、SDK、日志等技术自动采集的设备信息、使用行为与运行数据。
硬件设备同步采集：用户使用本政策范围内的智能录音设备、穿戴设备、会议设备等产品录制、存储内容后，联网同步至云端的音频、文本、操作日志及设备运行数据，离线操作数据仅本地留存，联网后合规同步。
合作方合规获取：从合规支付机构、云服务厂商、AI技术服务商、物流服务商、风控服务商处获取的必要交易、服务、风控数据。

四、自动采集的信息范围

用户使用本政策范围的应用程序、智能硬件设备服务时，我方及合规合作服务商将自动采集以下非敏感运行数据，用于保障服务稳定、排查故障、优化体验：

服务使用数据：页面访问记录、功能点击操作、会话时长、访问来源与退出页面、操作时间戳、应用内功能使用记录。
运行应用程序的设备数据：IP地址、设备型号、操作系统、系统语言、应用版本、设备标识、崩溃日志、推送通知授权状态。
粗略地理位置：基于IP解析的地区信息，无精准定位权限、无实时位置采集。
录音硬件设备数据：硬件固件版本、设备唯一标识、同步时间戳、设备运行基础指标，仅用于保障设备正常工作与数据同步。

我方会将自动采集数据与用户账号信息关联整合，仅在可识别用户身份、可关联用户账号的前提下，视为个人信息严格保护，杜绝滥用、泄露。

五、用户信息使用规则

我方仅将收集的用户信息用于以下合法合规场景，不会超范围使用用户个人信息：

产品功能优化迭代：分析使用数据、优化功能体验、迭代产品版本、打磨个性化服务。
产品研发升级：基于数据开展技术研发、模型优化、新产品开发，未经用户明确同意，绝不会使用用户个人录音、原创内容训练算法模型。
运营维护服务：为用户提供音视频录制、云端同步、文本转写、AI智能处理、会议服务、内容管理、客户售后等核心服务。
交易与账号管理：处理用户订单、支付结算、发货履约、退款售后、账号核验、风控防欺诈。
安全防护运维：保障服务、设备、账号安全，排查故障、修复漏洞，防范违规操作、恶意攻击与欺诈行为。
合规消息通知：向用户推送服务通知、系统更新、安全提醒、售后反馈等必要消息，营销信息用户可随时自主关闭。
履行合规义务：遵守国家法律法规、行业规范，履行协议约定、处理纠纷、配合合规核查。
用户授权的其他场景：用户单独授权、明确同意的其他合法使用用途。

六、用户隐私权限与自主设置

用户可自主管理个人信息与隐私权限，具体操作方式如下：

数据采集权限管理：可通过应用设置关闭非必要数据采集。
设备权限管理：可随时撤销麦克风、蓝牙、存储等系统权限，撤销后对应功能将无法正常使用。
第三方集成管理：可在账号设置中解绑第三方云服务、平台集成，终止数据共享。
消息推送管理：可在手机系统、应用设置中关闭推送与应用内消息提醒。
营销消息管理：可通过邮件退订、应用设置关闭营销推送，服务必备的交易、安全通知无法关闭。

七、用户信息披露规则

我方绝不会私自售卖、泄露用户个人信息，仅在以下合法场景合规披露信息：

合规服务商共享：向云存储、技术运维、支付结算、物流售后、风控分析等合作服务商开放必要信息，合作方均签署保密协议，仅可用于为我方提供服务。
关联主体共享：向公司关联企业披露信息，用于统一运维、服务保障、合规运营。
专业机构披露：向律师、会计师、审计师等专业服务机构披露，对方承担法定保密义务。
业务并购重组：公司发生合并、收购、资产转让、重组、清算等经营变动时，随业务资产合规移交用户数据。
法定合规披露：配合司法机关、行政单位合法调查，履行法定义务、维护公共安全与合法权益。
用户自主授权披露：用户主动分享内容、绑定第三方平台、单独授权的信息披露场景。
用户自主公开内容：用户在服务公开区域自主发布、分享的内容，将根据用户设置对外可见。

八、第三方服务隐私说明

我方服务部分功能由第三方服务商提供（支付、统计、推送、AI处理、云同步等），第三方可能通过自有技术采集必要服务数据。我方会通过合同约束合作方合规保护用户信息，但第三方的隐私政策、数据处理规则由其自行负责，我方不承担第三方违规责任，建议用户查阅对应第三方隐私政策。

九、用户信息查询、更正与删除

用户可随时在应用程序账号设置页面查看、修改个人基础信息，注销账号等。如需操作更多个人数据，可发送邮件至 Service@jwdigital.com 提交申请。

我方将在30个工作日内完成用户申请处理，特殊复杂场景可合理延期并告知用户。我方会对申请人身份进行核验，确保为账号本人操作。

账号注销、信息删除后，用户主动分享至第三方的内容、平台备份日志可能会短期留存，该部分内容遵循对应平台规则，我方无权限干预。对于合规风控、税务、法务留存的必要数据，我方将依法保留至期限届满后彻底清除。

十、数据安全保护措施

我方采用完善的技术、管理、物理防护措施，全方位保护用户个人信息安全，防范数据泄露、篡改、丢失、滥用风险。但互联网数据传输、存储无法做到绝对安全，若发生数据安全事件，我方将第一时间启动应急预案，依法通知用户与监管部门。

用户需妥善保管自身账号密码、设备权限，不随意转借账号、泄露登录信息，因用户自身操作不当引发的信息安全风险，由用户自行承担相关责任。

十一、信息留存期限

我方仅在业务必需、合规法定的期限内留存用户个人信息，服务终止、留存期限届满后，将对数据进行删除、脱敏、匿名化处理。系统备份、运行日志的残留数据，将按照固定周期自动清理。留存期限综合参考业务场景、数据敏感度、安全风险、法律法规要求确定。

十二、隐私政策更新

我方会根据业务升级、法律法规更新、行业规范调整，适时修订本隐私政策。政策更新后将在官网、应用内公示，并更新页面修订日期，重大变更将通过邮件、应用弹窗等方式专项通知。用户需及时关注政策更新，持续使用服务即视为认可最新政策。

本服務不提供予未滿成年之人使用。請確認您使用本服務時已滿18歲；若您未滿18歲，請勿註冊、使用本服務，亦勿提供任何個人資訊予我方。我方不會主動蒐集、運用未滿18歲未成年人之任何個人資料。若我方確認不慎取得未成年人個人資訊，將立即完整刪除相關資料，禁止違規使用與留存。若您為未成年人，請於法定監護人陪同、知情並同意之情況下使用本服務。

二、我方蒐集之個人資訊類別

為維持服務正常運作、優化使用者體驗、合法執行營運業務，我方僅蒐集必要之使用者資訊，分類如下：

帳號資訊：使用者自行設定之帳號資料，主要為註冊時提供之真實電話號碼或電子信箱。
使用者原創內容：透過智慧硬體、應用程式錄製之音訊檔、轉寫文字、翻譯文稿、智慧摘要、心智圖、自訂提示詞及其他AI產生之原創內容。
裝置與執行資料：裝置型號、系統版本、應用程式版本、裝置獨一識別碼（SN、MAC位址）、網路IP、執行紀錄、當機診斷資訊、程式操作事件紀錄。
服務使用紀錄：功能瀏覽紀錄、頁面點擊紀錄、使用時長、存取時間戳記、頁面進出紀錄與服務互動行為資料。
大略位置資訊：透過網路IP解析取得之地區資訊，不會精準定位即時地理位置，僅用於優化使用體驗、風險控管與服務適配。
付款資訊：付款方式、付款帳號、交易憑證。我方不會儲存完整金融卡、支付帳號資料，金流結算由合法第三方支付機構全權處理。
溝通與行銷資訊：使用者回報之問題、諮詢內容、留言、問卷回覆，以及使用者自行選擇之行銷訊息接收偏好。

麥克風擷取說明：本政策適用之智慧裝置與應用程式部分功能需使用麥克風錄製音訊，僅在使用者手動開啟錄製功能、授權對應權限時啟用，預設不會於背景持續擷取、靜音錄音，完整保障使用者隱私安全。

三、資訊蒐集方式

我方嚴格遵循「合法、正當、必要」原則蒐集使用者資訊，取得管道分為以下幾類：

使用者主動提供：註冊帳號、下單購買、提交諮詢、錄製內容、聯繫客服、參加活動時自行填寫、上傳、提交之各類資訊。
服務自動擷取：瀏覽官網、使用應用程式與智慧硬體時，透過合法Cookie、SDK、系統紀錄自動取得之裝置資訊、使用行為與執行資料。
硬體同步擷取：使用本公司智慧錄音裝置、穿戴裝置、會議設備錄製並儲存內容後，連線同步至雲端之音訊、文字、操作紀錄與裝置執行資料；離線操作資料僅留存於本機，連線後依規同步。
合作廠商合法取得：自合法支付機構、雲端服務商、AI技術廠商、物流業者、風險控管廠商取得必要之交易、服務、風險分析資料。

四、自動擷取之資訊範圍

使用者使用本公司應用程式、智慧硬體服務時，我方與合法合作廠商將自動擷取以下非敏感執行資料，用於維持服務穩定、排除故障、優化使用體驗：

服務使用紀錄：頁面瀏覽紀錄、功能點擊操作、使用時長、進出頁面、操作時間戳記、程式內功能使用紀錄。
執行裝置資訊：IP位址、裝置型號、作業系統、系統語言、應用程式版本、裝置識別碼、當機紀錄、推播通知授權狀態。
大略地理位置：依IP解析之地區資訊，無精準定位權限、不擷取即時位置。
錄音硬體資料：韌體版本、裝置獨一識別碼、同步時間戳記、裝置基礎運作指標，僅用於維持裝置正常運作與資料同步。

我方會將自動擷取之資料與使用者帳號資訊關聯整合，唯有可識別使用者身分、可綁定帳號之資料，才會視為個人資訊嚴格保護，禁止濫用與外洩。

五、使用者資訊使用規範

我方僅將蒐集之使用者資訊用於以下合法場景，不會超出範圍運用個人資訊：

產品功能優化更新：分析使用資料、調整功能體驗、更新產品版本、打造個人化服務。
產品技術研發升級：依據資料進行技術研發、模型調校、新產品開發；未經使用者明確同意，絕對不會使用使用者個人錄音、原創內容訓練演算模型。
營運維護服務：提供音訊錄製、雲端同步、文字轉寫、AI智慧處理、會議服務、內容管理、客戶售後等核心功能。
交易與帳號管理：處理訂單、金流結算、出貨履約、退款售後、帳號驗證、風險防詐。
安全防護維運：維護服務、裝置、帳號安全，排除故障、修補漏洞，阻擋違規操作、惡意攻擊與詐騙行為。
法定通知訊息：傳送服務通知、系統更新、安全提醒、售後回覆等必要訊息；行銷訊息使用者可隨時關閉。
履行法定義務：遵守法令、產業規範，履行合約、處理爭議、配合主管機關查核。
使用者另行授權之用途：使用者單獨授權、明確同意之其他合法使用場景。

六、使用者隱私權限與自主設定

使用者可自行管理個人資訊與隱私權限，操作方式如下：

資料擷取權限管理：可於程式設定關閉非必要之資料蒐集。
裝置權限管理：可隨時撤銷麥克風、藍牙、儲存空間等系統權限，撤銷後對應功能將無法正常運作。
第三方整合管理：於帳號設定解除第三方雲端、平台綁定，終止資料共享。
訊息推播管理：可於手機系統、應用程式設定關閉推播與內建訊息提醒。

七、使用者資訊揭露規範

我方絕不會私自販售、外洩使用者個人資訊，僅於以下合法場景依法揭露：

合法合作廠商共享：提供雲端儲存、技術維運、金流、物流、風險分析等合作廠商必要資訊；所有合作廠商皆簽署保密協議，僅能用於提供我方服務。
關係企業共享：向本公司關係企業揭露資訊，用於統一維運、服務保障、合法營運。
專業機構揭露：向律師、會計師、審計師等專業服務單位揭露，對方負有法定保密義務。
企業併購重組：公司發生合併、收購、資產轉讓、重組、清算等營運異動時，隨業務資產合法移交使用者資料。
法定強制揭露：配合司法、行政機關合法調查，履行法定義務、維護公共安全與合法權益。
使用者自行授權揭露：使用者主動分享內容、綁定第三方平台、單獨授權之資訊揭露場景。
使用者公開內容：使用者於服務公開區域自行發布、分享之內容，將依使用者設定對外開放檢視。

八、第三方服務隱私說明

本服務部分功能由第三方廠商提供（金流、數據統計、推播、AI處理、雲端同步等），第三方可能透過自有技術擷取必要服務資料。我方將透過合約約束合作廠商合法保護使用者資訊，但第三方之隱私政策、資料處理規範由其自行負責，我方不承擔第三方違規責任，建議使用者自行查閱對應第三方隱私政策。

九、個人資訊查詢、更正與刪除

使用者可隨時於應用程式帳號設定頁面檢視、修改基礎個人資料，或辦理帳號註銷。如需處理更多個人資料，可寄信至 Service@jwdigital.com 提出申請。

我方將於30個工作日內處理完畢；特殊複雜案件得合理延長處理時程並通知使用者。我方將驗證申請人身分，確認為帳號本人提出申請。

帳號註銷、資料刪除後，使用者主動分享至第三方之內容、平台備份紀錄可能短期留存，該部分內容遵循第三方平台規範，我方無權介入。基於風險控管、稅務、法務需求留存之法定必要資料，我方將依法保存至期限屆滿後完整清除。

十、資料安全保護機制

我方建置完整技術、管理、實體防護機制，全方位保護使用者個人資訊安全，防範資料外洩、竄改、遺失、濫用風險。但網際網路資料傳輸、儲存無法達到絕對安全，若發生資安事件，我方將立即啟動應變機制，依法通知使用者與主管機關。

使用者應妥善保管帳號密碼、裝置權限，勿任意轉借帳號、外洩登入資訊；因使用者自身操作不當引發之資安風險，由使用者自行承擔相關責任。

十一、資訊留存期限

我方僅於營運必要、法定要求之期限內留存使用者個人資訊；服務終止、留存期限屆滿後，將對資料執行刪除、去識別、匿名化處理。系統備份、執行紀錄之殘留資料，依固定週期自動清除。留存期限參考營運場景、資料敏感度、安全風險、法令規範綜合判定。

十二、隱私權政策更新

我方將依據營運升級、法令更新、產業規範調整，適時修訂本隱私權政策。政策更新後將於官網、應用程式內公告，並更新頁面修訂日期；重大變更將透過電子郵件、程式彈窗專案通知。使用者應留意政策更新，持續使用服務即代表同意最新版本政策。

Shenzhen JWD Information Technology Co., Ltd. is an enterprise located in Shenzhen, China (hereinafter referred to as "JWD", "the Company", "we", "us" or "our"). Thank you for your interest in our company, products and services. We respect and strictly protect every user’s personal privacy and legitimate rights and interests. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to all scenarios where you use: (i) mobile applications developed and operated by the Company (the "App"); (ii) matching recording hardware devices, smart wearable devices (the "Devices"), as well as all associated functions, contents and services (collectively the "Services"). This Policy details the types of user information we collect, usage scenarios, disclosure scope, and your corresponding rights and setting options when you use the App and Services.

Please read this Policy carefully before using our products to understand how we process your personal information. By accessing, registering for and using the Services, you confirm that you have read, fully understood and voluntarily accepted all contents of this Policy, including any changes we may make from time to time. We undertake to protect the privacy, confidentiality and security of your personal information in compliance with applicable laws (including data protection laws in your jurisdiction). If you disagree with any clause of this Policy, please stop using all our Services immediately.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy governs all our lawful activities of collecting, using, storing and protecting user information during service operation, covering the following information sources: (i) information generated when you use our App; (ii) information generated when you use matching smart hardware devices and cloud functions; (iii) relevant information generated from your visits to our official website; (iv) information generated through your communications with us via email, SMS, in-app messages, online customer service and other channels; (v) relevant information collected when you interact with our contents and services on affiliated third-party platforms.

Our Services are not intended for minors. Please confirm that you are at least 18 years old when using the Services. If you are under 18, do not register for or use the Services, or provide us with any personal information. We will not actively collect or use any personal information of minors under 18. If we confirm that we have unintentionally obtained personal information of minors under 18, we will completely delete the relevant data immediately to avoid illegal use or retention. If you are a minor, please use the Services under the supervision, knowledge and consent of your legal guardian.

2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

To ensure normal service operation, optimize user experience and conduct business in compliance with laws, we only collect necessary user information, as detailed below:

Account Information: self-set account details, mainly information registered with your real phone number or email address to use the App or Services covered by this Policy.
User Original Content: audio files, transcribed texts, translated documents, intelligent summaries, mind maps, custom prompts and other AI-generated original content recorded by you via smart hardware and the App.
Device & Operation Data: device model, system version, App version, unique device identifiers (device SN, MAC address), network IP, operation logs, crash diagnostic data, App operation event records.
Service Usage Data: function access records, page browsing records, operation duration, access timestamps, page entry & exit records and service interaction behavior data.
General Location Information: rough regional data parsed from your network IP. We will not precisely locate your real-time geographic position, and such data is only used for user experience optimization, compliance risk control and service adaptation.
Payment Information: payment method type, payment account, payment vouchers. We do not store complete bank card or payment account information; all payment and settlement processes are fully handled by compliant third-party payment institutions.
Communication & Marketing Information: questions, consultations, messages, survey responses submitted by you, and your self-selected marketing message reception preferences.

Microphone Collection Statement: Certain functions of the smart devices and App covered by this Policy require microphone access to capture audio. The microphone will only be activated when you manually turn on recording functions and grant corresponding permissions. It will not continuously collect audio or record silently in the background by default to fully protect your privacy security.

3. Information Collection Methods

We collect user information in strict compliance with the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity, mainly through the following channels:

Voluntary Submission by Users: various information filled in, uploaded and submitted by you when registering an account, placing orders, submitting consultations, recording content, contacting customer service or participating in activities.
Automatic Collection by Services: device information, usage behaviors and operation data automatically collected via compliant Cookies, SDKs, logs and other technologies when you visit the official website and use the App and smart hardware devices.

4. Scope of Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App and smart hardware Services covered by this Policy, we and our compliant cooperative service providers will automatically collect the following non-sensitive operation data to guarantee stable service operation, troubleshoot faults and optimize user experience:

Service Usage Data: page access records, function click operations, session duration, access sources & exit pages, operation timestamps, in-app function usage records.
Device Data for App Operation: IP address, device model, operating system, system language, App version, device identifiers, crash logs, push notification authorization status.
General Geographic Location: regional information parsed from IP addresses; no precise location access or real-time location collection.
Recording Hardware Data: hardware firmware version, unique device identifiers, synchronization timestamps, basic device operation indicators, only used to guarantee normal device operation and data synchronization.

We will associate and integrate automatically collected data with your account information. Only data that can identify your identity and be linked to your account will be treated as personal information and protected strictly to prevent abuse or leakage.

5. Rules for Using User Information

We will only use collected user information for the following legal and compliant scenarios and will not use your personal information beyond the authorized scope:

Product Function Optimization & Iteration: analyze usage data, optimize functional experience, iterate product versions and develop personalized services.

Other Scenarios Authorized by Users: other legitimate usage purposes separately authorized and explicitly consented by you.

Device Permission Management: revoke system permissions such as microphone, Bluetooth and storage at any time; corresponding functions will be unavailable after revocation.
Third-Party Integration Management: unbind third-party cloud services and platform integrations in account settings to terminate data sharing.
Message Push Management: disable push and in-app message reminders in your mobile system or App settings.
Marketing Message Management: unsubscribe via email or turn off marketing push in App settings. Mandatory transaction and security notifications for service operation cannot be disabled.

We will never sell or disclose your personal information without permission, and will only disclose information in compliance with laws under the following legitimate scenarios:

Sharing with Compliant Service Providers: share necessary information with cooperative service providers for cloud storage, technical operation, payment settlement, logistics after-sales and risk analysis. All partners have signed non-disclosure agreements and may only use such information to provide services for us.
Sharing with Affiliated Entities: disclose information to our affiliated enterprises for unified operation, service guarantee and compliant business management.
Disclosure to Professional Institutions: disclose information to professional service institutions such as lawyers, accountants and auditors, who shall bear statutory confidentiality obligations.
Business Merger, Acquisition & Restructuring: user data will be transferred together with business assets in case of corporate merger, acquisition, asset transfer, reorganization or liquidation.

8. Privacy Statement for Third-Party Services

Certain functions of our Services are provided by third-party service providers (payment, statistics, push notification, AI processing, cloud synchronization, etc.). 9. Inquiry, Correction and Deletion of User Information

You may view and modify your basic personal information or cancel your account at any time on the account settings page within the App. If you need to operate more personal data, you may submit an application via email to Service@jwdigital.com.

We will process your application within 30 working days; a reasonable extension may be applied for complex special cases and you will be notified accordingly. We will verify the identity of the applicant to ensure the operation is submitted by the account holder.

After account cancellation or data deletion, contents you voluntarily shared with third parties and platform backup logs may be retained for a short period, which shall be governed by the rules of the corresponding third-party platforms and beyond our control. Necessary data retained for compliance risk control, tax and legal purposes will be completely erased after the statutory retention period expires.

10. Data Security Protection Measures

We adopt comprehensive technical, administrative and physical protection measures to fully safeguard the security of your personal information and prevent risks of data leakage, tampering, loss and abuse. However, data transmission and storage over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. In the event of a data security incident, we will activate emergency response plans immediately and notify users and regulatory authorities in accordance with laws.

You shall properly keep your account password and device permissions. Do not lend your account or disclose login information arbitrarily. You shall bear all liabilities arising from information security risks caused by your improper operations.

We will only retain your personal information within the period required for business operation and statutory compliance. After the Services terminate or the retention period expires, data will be deleted, desensitized or anonymized. Residual data in system backups and operation logs will be cleared automatically on a fixed cycle. The retention period is determined comprehensively based on business scenarios, data sensitivity, security risks and legal requirements.
